You know it's Christmas when....

the smell of Christmas cake fills every room in your house. I have been making Christmas cakes for 4 years now and I just love them. They are dense, rich and full of fruit. I have this recipe which is my most favourite. I would love to say that it was given to me by my mother who had it handed down from her mothers mother but sometimes a new recipe comes along that is just so amazing you have to use it.
