Easter.

Easter for us is four long a lovely days together. This year we planned a bush walk for Saturday and dinner for Sunday and Friday and Monday were both time to just relax and veg.
On Friday I baked a fair amount. Myself, Jackson and Charlotte made savoury muffins, lemon meringue pie and samosas. All were very yummy. We then headed outside and did some yard work.

Saturday's bush walk was stunning. Gorgeous weather and great company followed closely by wine tasting at James Estate Winery. The ridge walk was challenging in some areas but all of us had a great time and I hope to do it again!

Sunday found the boys rising very early to find what the bunny had left. I woke with a yucky head cold and required large amounts of caffeine before functioning. The Easter bunny was not as giving this year. I really dislike all of that chocolate! So the little darlings got soft pj's followed with a small hunt for some good quality eggs. We spent the day just laying about as my head was kind of throbbing. We had a lovely roast dinner followed by a bon fire out the back.
