We put in the offer and..........
It was rejected :( so we sat and talked it out. We Discussed the renovations and work that the property needs. We checked over our list and and decided if the place was worth increasing our offer. We think that it is and so we went higher and it was accepted!!! We are now organising all the inspections to be carried out on the property and looking into tradesman for the major work that needs doing.
You cannot wipe the smile of my husbands face.
The kids are very excited and have been chatting away about all the animals and cubby house building that will be going on.
So this is it, it is happening.
I'm looking forward to, getting my hands into some dirt, green hills and a babbling creek.I cannot get over this feeling of achieving something we worked so hard for.
